How We Work

We send you lawyers with the right experience for the project. Otherwise, we send you somewhere else. It's Critical Mass. It may be one lawyer; it may be a team. We may be in your plant for a couple of days, or we may simply help you go in the right direction during a telephone call or email exchange. You decide. Either way, our work is distinctive.

First, we work to understand your product. We have seen benefits to early, on-site, hands-on experience with your product, its engineering, and your plant.  Second, we adopt a multi-disciplinary approach. Our lawyers are trained to render a sharp, accurate legal analysis based on the engineering already invested in your product. We work directly with your engineer, toxicologist, industrial hygienist, or pharmacologist to understand the exact scientific discipline supporting your product and its product hazards.  Third, we integrate a hazard analysis, a liability analysis, process improvement, applicable industry standards, and best practices, that render the highest safety protection of your user and the liability protection for your product and for your company.
